Based on ongoing site development in the south of Luxembourg, ''negotiating collectivity’’ rethinks how we approach our future homes, neighbourhoods, and cities. The aim is to devise a prototype for affordable homes to enter the market, make it easier to live collectively and ensure more fulfilling ways of living together. It also introduces concepts like minimalism and demographic inclusion to the issue of social and affordable housing and sheds light on a design based solution, rather than dealing with it as a purely financial issue.
